Li Qi

Li Qi, male, born in October 1965 in Tianmen City, Hubei Province, is a senior engineer, senior manager   and member of the Communist Party of China with master’s degree. He is currently the executive director of the Underground Professional Committee of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, vice chairman of the Hubei • Wuhan Nondestructive Testing Society, director of the Acoustical Society of China, and director of the Pile Foundation Testing Society which is a member of the Geological Society of China. Meanwhile, he is the vice chairman of Wuhan CAS Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Zhongli Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd., funded by Geotechnical Institute.

Liu Minggui

Liu Minggui, male, from Han nationality, born in Wuhan in February 1957, is a doctor of science, a researcher and a doctoral tutor. He enjoys the state council long-term special allowance, he has won such honors as outstanding mid-aged expert in Hubei province, and he is also an honorary chairman of Hubei Nondestructive Testing Society and vice chairman of Hubei Instrument and Control Society. He served as vice President of the China Nondestructive Testing Society, vice director of the Detection Acoustics Branch of the Acoustics Society of China, and professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

His representative scientific research achievements are mainly fruits in the field of geotechnical engineering intelligent detection method research and instrument development. He has undertakes many key national programs, such as 973, 8.5; he is one of the main editors of the "Technical Code for Testing of Building Foundation Pile " (JGJ 106 -2003), the industry standard of People's Republic of China; he has taken charge of development of the engineering testers of RSM series, and won many awards in scientific and technological progress and patents and software copyrights, which are successfully applied in China and the rest of the world; he has published dozens of scientific papers at international conferences and on EI journals, and published two monographs in the Science Press and other press; he has been to overseas universities, research institutions and companies for scientific research cooperation, lectures or work for many times; he has trained dozens of PhD graduates and master graduates. In 2014, he became the executive director and chief scientist of Wuhan Sinorock Technology Co., Ltd.

Zhang Jie

Zhang Jie, male, born in September 1959, is a researcher at the Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained 8 Chinese invention patents; He is the inventor of RSM-SY7 pile multi-span ultrasonic testing instrument and a member of the editing and revision group of Technical Code for Testing of Building Foundation Piles JGJ106.

Wu Xiaomeng

Wu Xiaomeng, male, born in Wuhan, Hubei Province in November 1977, is a senior engineer, majoring in non-destructive testing and instrumentation. He is currently a member of the Hubei•Wuhan Nondestructive Testing Society and a member of the Geological Society of China. In 2016, he served as the general manager of Wuhan Sinorock Technology Co., Ltd.

Yang Yongbo

Yang Yongbo, male, born in Hongan County, Hubei province in October 1978, is a doctor of engineering, a senior engineer, a national registered civil engineer (a geotechnical), and an executive director of the Hubei Instrument and Control Society. He has obtained many patents for invention, published several scientific papers, edited or co-edited two textbooks on pile foundation and foundation inspection, and prepared several national or local standards. In 2015, he served as deputy general manager and chief engineer of Wuhan Sinorock Technology Co., Ltd., in charge of product technology research and development of the company.

Chen Weizhong, male, born in 1968, Ph.D., doctoral tutor. He is the winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and the national candidate of New Century Talent Project. He is a member of editorial board of "Rock and Soil Mechanics", "Journal of Shandong University (Engineering Science)"; director of Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, Vice Chairman of the Underground Engineering Branch of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, and member of the Physics and Numerical Simulation Committee of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering Member, member of the Chinese Sub-society for Soft Rock Engineering & Deep disaster Control, and member of the International Society for Rock Mechanics and Rock Engineering.

He has successively taken charge of the major international cooperation projects and general projects of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National 863 Project, the National 973 Project, the Western Traffic Construction Science and Technology Project, and the Belgian Nuclear Research Center. He has successively presided over 30 underground engineering research projects, such as the Huanghe Wanjiazhai Water Control Project, Longtan Hydropower Station, Shuibuya Hydropower Station, Xiaowan Hydropower Station, Houziyan Power Station, Xiamen Undersea Tunnel, Nanjing Weisan Road Crossing River Tunnel, Wuhan Yangtze River Tunnel, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Gongbei Customs Tunnel, Shanghai-Rongcheng High-speed Branch Tunnel, the Deep Buried Soft Rock Tunnel of Yiba Expressway, the Golongla Tunnel of Tibet Zha Mo Road, the soft rock support of Guotou Xinji, and the large deformation roadway of Yankuang Group.

Li Shucai, male, born in 1965, Ph.D., doctoral tutor. Dean of School of Civil Engineering of Shandong University, Director of Geotechnical Engineering Center, winner of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, National Candidate of New Century Talent Project, winner of the 9th Science and Technology Award for Chinese Youth, New Century Excellent Talent of the Ministry of Education, and expert enjoying special allowance from the State Council. He is the chairman of the underground engineering branch of the Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, the vice chairman of the Shandong Institute of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, member of editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, and the member of editorial board of the Geotechnical Mechanics.

He completed more than 30 major national engineering research projects such as Xiaolangdi, Three Gorges, Xiluodu, Longtan, Langya Mountain, Jinping, Xiamen Undersea Tunnel, Shanghai-Chengdu Expressway Junction Tunnel and Huainan Coal Mine. At present, he is in charge of the National 863 Project “Advanced real-time prediction system for large water gushing and other geological disasters during tunnel construction period”, the National 973 Project “Evolution law and real-time monitoring theory of precursory information of water inrush”, and project of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars “Constitutive relation and calculation technique of rock and fractured rock mass”, key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China "Advanced prediction and treatment of karst fissure water and unfavorable geological conditions under high pressure and large discharge", general project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, over 20 entrusted projects, and he has scientific research funds of more than 10 million.

He is currently a responsible researcher and group leader at the State Key Laboratory of Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering, Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, as well as the vice chief engineer of the Institute of Rock and Soil Mechanics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is also a member of editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Geotechnical Engineering, a member of the Committee of Geotechnical Mechanics of Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, member of the Environmental Geotechnical Engineering Branch of the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, member of Unsaturated Soil and Special Soil Committee for the Chinese institution of soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering - The China Civil Engineering Society, and member of the Standing Committee of the Wuhan Geotechnical Society.

He has been engaged in the research of special soil engineering characteristics and geological disaster prevention technology for a long time. He has successfully presided over many government-sponsored researchs such as the"12th Five-Year Plan" National Science and technology support program "strong expansive soil (rock) channel treatment technology", scientific instrument basic research project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, "in situ test system for track subgrade dynamic response and its test technology research", general project of National Natural Science Foundation of China "the dissolution kinetics and mechanical effects of typical cemented soil cements under environmental variation of hydrochemistry", and knowledge innovation program of Chinese Academy of Sciences “study on mechanical response and catastrophe mechanism of cracked soil subgrade under high speed train vibration load”. He has also presided over 30 major geotechnical projects such as "key technology research on the foundation settlement deformation evaluation of the Wuhan-Guangzhou railway passenger line", "research on the engineering characteristics of the Jianghuai expansive soil engineering and roadbed disposal", "research on the construction technology of permeable tunnel with ribbed arch beam ", and "research on compaction and deformation control technology for high fill embankment of huge mixed soil". In addition, he participated in the compilation of the national standard Technical Code for Monitoring of Building Foundation PIT Engineering.
