Because the cast-in-place piles and underground diaphragm walls are prone to quality problems such as hole collapse, diameter reduction, hole inclination, and excessively thick sediment during the process of forming holes (slots), the quality problems of the cast-in-place piles and the underground diaphragm wall structure directly affect the quality of the foundation project. Therefore, the quality inspection of holes and grooves is an important part of quality control in the process of engineering construction, and it is an effective technical measure for prior quality control.
Hole quality test is particularly time-critical.
The first hole cleaning should be carried out after the hole formation is completed. The excess mud in the hole formation process is fully replaced by hole cleaning, and the mud index after hole cleaning basically reaches the specified range; the hole quality testing should be carried out immediately after the first cleaning.
The second hole cleaning should be carried out after the reinforcement cages and conduits are installed. It is to replace the new sediment of the mud in the hole from the first cleaning to the completion of the pipeline, to ensure that the mud index and sedimentation degree near the bottom of the hole are within the specified range. Concrete should be poured within 30 minutes after hole cleaning.
Sinorock assisted CCCC Tunnel Engineering Bureau to complete the monitor of the underground diaphragm wall in the late night and early morning.
Before the testing, the inspected diaphragm wall needs to be excavated, and the excavation work lasts for several hours.
Ultrasonic drilling (grooving) monitor (RSM-HGT) detects underground diaphragm wall B33 (the first underground diaphragm wall).
The data collected on site is complete and effective, and the data is exported and analyzed to form an analysis data file.
