Analysis of 9 common problems of pipeline robots

Before asking for assistance, the user can refer to this sheet first, and it may help you to find the solution.
 
Fault Analysis and Precautions Fault Causes and Precautions
Fail to start up 1. Inspect the connecting line of power supply to see if it is connected properly (if the robot is equipped with the battery, inspect the connecting line of battery, and check whether the battery has run out).
2. Inspect the emergency stop switch to see if it is normal. (When the emergency stop button is in the working state, it shall be in pop-up state)                                                                                          
3. Inspect the indicator lamp of master switch of cable winding cart to see if it is normally on, and if it is normally on, inspect the plug of controller to see if it is connected properly.
4. If all connections are normal, but the robot still cannot be started up normally, it might be caused by the failure of internal circuit, in such circumstance, please do not disassemble it at will, and contact the after-sales maintenance personnel to repair and solve it.
The trolley has no image and cannot be controlled 1. Inspect the connector at the tail of trolley to see if it is connected properly and is in locked state.
2. Inspect the cable to see if it is in good condition, and to see if it is fractured and broken.  
3. Inspect the network setting to see if it is correct, and if the network is connected normally.
4. Inspect all plugs to see if they are inserted properly.
The trolley can walk but has no image 1. Inspect the plug of camera to see if it is inserted properly and if in locked state.                                                                     
2. Check whether there are images after switching to the rear view camera, and if there are images in the rear view camera, replace the front view camera.                                                                 
3. Inspect the connector at the tail of trolley to see if it is connected properly.
There is no meter counter or there is error in the meter counter 1. Inspect the contact between the meter counter wheel of cable take-up trolley and the cable to see if it is good, and check whether there is dirt which blocks the meter counter.                                                                 
2. If the wheels of meter counter rotate normally but the meter counter does not count, it might be because there is water entering the meter counter, and the meter counter needs to be returned to the factory.   
Fail to apply remote control or the remote controller is in failure 1. Inspect the remote control distance to see if it is too far (the operation shall be conducted within 10m).
2. The battery of remote controller is low and needs to be charged.                                                                                       
3. Inspect the bodywork connection to see if it is normal, inspect the power plug to see if it is loose, and after the plug is tightened, restart the robot.
The connector at the tail of trolley cannot be plugged in. 1. Inspect the plug of trolley to see if it is aligned with the hole site of connector.
2. Inspect the plug at the tail of trolley to see if it is deformed.
3. Inspect the core needles of plug at the tail of trolley to see if they are dislocated and deformed.
All functions of the trolley are unavailable                                
1. Inspect the emergency stop switch of take-up trolley to see if it is turned on.                                      
2. Inspect the battery interface to see if it is inserted properly.
3. Inspect the connection at the tail of bodywork to see if it is inserted properly.
The rotary lens cannot be controlled or rotates slowly 1. Inspect the port of controller software to see if it is set correctly.
2. Inspect the plug to see if it is inserted in place and tighten the lock screw.
3. If the rotary lens rotates up and down slowly, inspect the air pressure in the camera to see if it is too high; otherwise, release the air appropriately.
4. If the rotary lens cannot be controlled, inspect the gear wheel to see if it is loose; manually shake the lens up, down, left and right gently, and observe whether there is a certain resistance, and if it is very loose, send it to the Company for repair.
5. If the lens is not centered after it is reset or cannot rotate up and down to the limit position, debug the potentiometer AD again, or you can adjust it by yourself after contacting the manufacturer.
After the lens is pulled, the picture is lost or the whole network is disconnected 1. Inspect the cable to see if it is broken or fractured.
2. Inspect the joints to see if they are loose; if they are not loose, it might be because the internal cable is loose or fractured; then please do not disassemble it at will, and contact the after-sales maintenance personnel to repair and solve it.

Note: When using the electric take-up function, please do not use this function to drag the bodywork (to avoid damaging the equipment).
