Hole testing for the first pile of Shanghai-Yucheng high-speed railway

The Shanghai-Chongqing high-speed railway (a high-speed rail along the Yangtze River) undertaken by China Railway 11th Bureau and the first foundation pile of Zhoujiapo Bridge from Wuhan to Yichang was successfully drilled.

Wuhan-Yichang section of the station front project No. 5, the length of the main line is 47.184 kilometers, of which 18 bridges are 35.023 kilometers, three tunnels are 4.397 kilometers, and the roadbed is 7.764 kilometers.

Zhoujiapo Bridge has a total length of 641 meters, a total of 21 piers and 202 bored piles. Located in Zhanghe Scenic Area, Jingmen City, Hubei Province, it passes through farmland orchards and has a well-developed water system. Environmental protection responsibility is heavy. The foundation pile construction adopts steel mud box and mud separation to purify the mud. The ultrasonic hole testing quality inspection method is used to ensure the construction quality and process management of the pile foundation. The use of Concrete Overcast Control Device to ensure maximum protection of the environment.

Sinorock assisted many tasks in the construction of the first pile of this project, including Ultrasonic Drilling Monitor, Concrete Overcast Control, low strain pile testing of foundation piles, sonic logging testing of foundation piles, and bolt testing.
